Health bar color mod for Starfield

Developed by SilverEzredes, Starfield Enhanced Player Healthbar Mod is a free-to-use utility that configures the 3D RPG Starfield’s health bar into changing colors dynamically. The base game has a steadily white health bar to begin with, but this mod will allow it to change to other colors.

Get a more dynamically colored health bar

A health bar’s color, albeit a very minute aspect, contributes greatly to a player’s holistic gaming experience. Seeing it glowing red at critical levels can spur the player into action, thus adding thrill and excitement. Bethesda’s Starfield comes with a neutral white one, and the Enhanced Player Healthbar mod alters it accordingly.

By default, the mod alters the health bar in the way that it turns yellow when it drops to 75 percent, orange at 50, and red at 25. Although, another version with blue for the 75 percent mark is also available. Just ensure that it’s installed correctly, though, as it may refuse to work through some mod managers.

Alters a tiny detail of the game

Overall, the Enhanced Player Healthbar mod enhances a very small detail of the open-world RPG. It simply modifies the health bar so it changes colors according to the current health percentage of the player. There are two colorways available, as well.

PROS

  • With two color combinations available

CONS

  • Doesn’t work on some mod managers
